Kaštel Štafilić is the first of seven historical settlements forming the town of Kaštela. Each of the castles was built as a fortress to protect local residents during the Ottoman wars.
Walking along the coast, you will discover charming stone houses, ancient towers, and the famous 1500-year-old olive tree.
Our guesthouse proudly bears the name of the legendary Austrian admiral. His spirit of maritime excellence lives on in our hospitality.
The name Tegetov symbolises strength, tradition, and a deep connection to the Adriatic Sea. It was the nickname of our ancestor who owned a boat in Kaštela and transported goods to Split.
